Internal Rules

The GEL sets rules – rights and duties – to its collaborators and professionals who are related to the company, aiming to guarantee its proper functioning and extending its effects to all involved.

Such regulation, established as a result of its directive power and limited by what determines the pertinent legislation and reasonableness, determines what is allowed or not allowed in the company.

Internal Regulations, in addition to contemplating the rules that must be complied with, it also serves to make employees aware of the GEL, how your work environment works and how everyone should act when representing you.
