The Nova Ponte consortium will have the participation of GEL and two other construction companies, OECI S.A. and Carioca Christian-Nielsen Engenharia S.A.
The bridge will have a length of 1,244 meters, with a minimum width of 22.60 m. The project has 4 traffic lanes of 3.6 m each, two safety lanes of 60 cm each, rigid New Jersey concrete barriers of 40 cm, sidewalks with bicycle path on both sides, 3 m wide, and 10 cm of guardrail at the ends of the bridge.
In addition, interventions will be made in the access roads to the bridge. On the north bank, PR-412 will be widened on both sides to make it easier to fit into the bridge, with the construction of retaining walls to provide the necessary unevenness between the existing pavement and the deck. A return will also be made under the bridge to connect the local roads and connection of Estrada do Cabaraquara with Matinhos.
